Rich people who will not pay taxes, that sounds familiar! After ten years of bloody bitterness and terror, with France on the verge of collapse, Napolean rose to power, united the Country and built an empire. If Brexit was a modern day British revolution who will reunite the leavers and remainers? Who will be our Napolean? Jack Hester believes he can.
